American Carbide guarantees the craftsmanship on all of the tools we sell. We guarantee that your tooling will be within the cutting tolerances stated for that tool. If for any reason the tools that you receive are not within these tolerances, you may return the unused tools for an exchange or refund.

Please contact us by phone at 508-238-0730 if you have any tolerance discrepancies in order to have an RMA number issued to you.  RMA numbers are required on all returns or exchanges.  All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the tools.
